Worried. Risk of catching HIV with somewhat undetectable person.

I'm a 20yr old male. About 4 weeks ago I broke up with my ex boyfriend. Afterwards he told me he was HIV positive(undetectable). We never used protection. We had anal several times, I was insertive and ejaculated each time. Him saying he was undetectable has been somewhat comforting during this time. However, 4 weeks later, today I have had runny stool, but I also had quite a bit of ice cream today after being Vegan for about 5 months. A few days ago I had a runny nose and some heavy coughs. How worried do I still need to be? and any option anyone has are welcome.
So far only the friend I live with now knows, I can't really tell anyone else atm. But any advice is welcomed, I'm worried for myself and those around me.

At 28 days p24 antigen peaks during acute hiv infection then starts to decline.
You are a couple days past that so if you test asap with a 4th generation hiv test you could spare yourself 2 months of torcher.
A negative result now is unlikely to change at 3 months.

Thank you for your advice. I appreciate it. I will definitely get tested now as well as after the 3 month period. I hadn't thought about using a PrEP, so thanks for letting me know about that as well. I appreciate all your help and am braced for the next 2 worry filled months!

Since you have a confirmed unprotected sexual contact with a person that's HIV Positive I would suggest a HIV Test at 3 Months! Even though he's Undetectable there is still a Risk. Never go by Symptoms if your having Symptoms it's most likely something else the only way to know your Status is through HIV testing at 3 months. Also once you get you HIV test results in 3 Months you might want to ask about PrEP ( Truvada) with your doctor it's 92% effective in Stopping HIV infection if taken daily and used with a Condom!
