Am i infected?

Hi everyone, i had a risky activity with a female sex worker mid January whom i didnt know her HIV status. We had protected sex, i kiss her lips for a solid 5 seconds. A week later ive had diarrhea for a couple of days and fever. Went to the doctor and got myself tested for HIV 2 weeks later and result is negative. I got mouth ulcers early March and lost food appetite for a week. I went for another HIV test 7 weeks after the potential exposure  since im feeling abit worried and i might be infected. Results came back negative, such a relieve, But doctor said i would need to get tested at 3 months, which is 3 weeks from now. My question is that

1) Is a 7 weeks HIV test conclusive?
2) Do you think i am infected with all of my symptoms written above?

Thankyou

Hello symptoms frequently are caused by anxiety. Kissing lips is too innocent to make HIV transmission worth your worries.
1) yes it is but you didn't have reason too
2) see above

Calm down dude you are OK and have nothing to fear about.
Be healthy
Best regards
