Am I at risk? Bio-Rad GS Combo test at day 23.5,28.5 and 44.5

65days before I have an encounter with a high risk SW( I swear to be my first and last time to have sex with SW). The encounter started with an unprotected hand job with some kind of lubricating oil. Then the SW took a condom (provided by her, unknown brand and quality) and put on my penis. I try to insert my penis to her vaginal but not successful as my penis was not erected well. I remembered that the condom did not cover the base of the penis while the head was protected. This process lasted for 15s max (say 3strokes). So I gave up and the SW removed the condom and hand job on me again til the end. I have not checked if the condom was broken or how the SW removed the condom, maybe she got some vaginal fluid on her hands, or she wanted to infect me in the encounter. So I tested on day23.5, 28.5 and 44.5 with the Bio-rad GS Combo test (lab test, private clinic) and the results were all negative. I have also took a full STDs panel on day 28 will all results negative. So I wanna ask if my tests are conclusive? Besides, will I contract with other STDs like herpes or HPV from this encounter? I am planning to have another combo test on day 73,  84 and full STDs test on day93(including combo test in another clinic). Please help...I have once thought of suicide...Thanks.

Clinically, you do not need any test for this particular situation because your risk was never existing, therefore your tests will always come back negative, regardless of the number of test you do

Even for all STDs? Thanks.

When can I obtain a conclusive result for this encounter? 12 weeks? 3 months? 90 days? 180 days? I just want a conclusive negative result for all STDs to move on...

Your condom did not break and it covered the head of your penis. Therefore you were not exposed. Had the condom broken, it would have known it because condom failures are too obvious to ignore.

Trust your doctor, you do not have HIV, move on with your life normally

How about if the condom was broken in that 3 strokes? I am so afraid because at the beginning I asked the SW if she has any STDs and she was quite angry at that time. I was thinking if she will infect me in that way. And she was a street SW so the chance for her to has STDs was high. I have called several AIDS hotline in my country and they said that I am in low risk for catching STDs (including HIV) and ask me to have a rapid antibody test after 90 days. My doctor told me that a combo test is accurate at day 14 for normal people and said I am 100% HIV negative, and he said that 28 days was conclusive for everyone even with immune system problem. Are my combo test results conclusive? Besides HIV, how and when shall I test for Herpes and HPV? Will it be enough to have a conclusive result for herpes igg test at day 93? I was negatibe at week 4 for herpes igg test and HPV DNA swab test. Thanks...Sorry for my poor English as I am from Hong Kong.

You were never at any risk of HIV from the situation you described. Your risk is non-existent
