Anxiety about HIV helpp!!!!

I had gone to a blood lab to get myself tested for ESR. The nurse was relative new. She got all the things easy for the test and had written the details on a new test tube. But suddenly, a lab assistant came from inside and gave the nurse a different test tube and asked her to draw the blood in the tube that he had given. The tube contained gel like liquid inside it
Now, I have to major questions,
1. In case the liquid was contaminated with HIV, am I at risk?
2.  Can the liquid flow from the tube to my veins?

Sorry, for my poor English.

That gel is supposed to be there! Different test tubes with different preservatives, color tops, and other things are used to collect different samples for different tests and all for different reasons!!  You're very paranoid. This is a mental health issue not an HIV issue. Please find a mental health doctor to help you with your irrational phobia.

I asked them but they are not ber responsive.  Could the liquid  be an additive that is added in the tubes and should I get tested?

Thank you for reply.

What do you think the gel like liquid was?

Nothing you mention is a risk for HIV.  I get that you are concerned, but you are worrying needlessly.

Thanks for your reply.

What do you think the liquid was?
And, is there any risk? Because I found it odd that the lab assistant gave her a different tube from inside even though there were many tubes right in front of the nurse?
