Just want some advice!

Just wondering if I was at risk in any of these situations:

giving unprotected oral sex to a man who did ejaculate in my mouth, had no cuts , at least I wasn't aware of any.... I do get canker sores, its possible I did have one then...

rubbing of penis around my vagina, no penetration at all.

Just curious.... I don't want to stress about this anymore. Thanks so much.

Thanks for the speedy reply... I figured I wasn't  at risk for HIV... I'm so paranoid about stuff like this, and am not sure how I can help myself.... Literally thought my boyfriend had genital warts once, turned out to be a piece of fuzz... it's getting pretty ridiculous...
