Any risk for HIV?

I have a question. I'm worried. I had a protected sex with a girl 4 times for 2 days. I used condoms in all of the 4 instances. I didn't have an access to water so I couldn't wash the area near my penis or my hands right after sex. After I finished the first time I had some of a girl's vaginal fluid on my hands and I changed a condom. When I was changing a condom I touched the head of my penis meaning that some of the fluid got on it and under the condom. Also after sex I didn't was me testicles that were wet and had some of her fluid on them. Then I just put my underwear on. Maybe an hour later I went to the restroom and I saw that my underwear inside had the white stains of her vaginal fluid that got there from my testicles and the area around my penis. After sex when I put my underwear on my penis lost the erection and its head was open so, I'm sure that the head of my penis touched the fluids that were on my testicles and all around the area. Do I need to get tested for that? was there any risk for HIV?

Thanks Vance. Sorry for bothering again. Is it because if there is HIV virus in the vaginal fluid, once on the air it dies immediately? So , there is no risk?

Does it mean that if I don;t wash the area after sex that contains vaginal fluid is everything ok with that? You know it happened in my car and I didn't have water. It may happen everywhere where there is no water
