Apparent condom failure

Had apparent condom failure. Had flaccid penis, proceeded with hand job with condom and used same condom for penetrative vaginal sex. when withdrawing held base and found condom covering the tip completely but condom seems to be elongated. now getting worried that condom somehow failed. reading in different posts that when condom fails, it completely gets destroyed. please advice.

I am struggling to understand what exactly happened here, but if the condom covered the head of your penis during vaginal intercourse, you had NO RISK for HIV, no matter what else happened.  You are correct that when condoms fail, it is obvious, and the head of your penis would be completely exposed.

Only the  head of your penis needs protection during the vaginal, so whatever elongation fear you have would not cause a risk.
thanks for your comments. My thoughts and actions are bordering OCD in searching net. I have come across comments that suggested  condom can have side tear, conspiracy. I have even called the lady post the event.
Well, we can't help you with OCD.  There's no such thing as an undetected "side tear," and if you are bothering this woman, you should stop right now. It's not her problem that you have OCD and you should not make it her problem.  You didn't have a risk, and you need to find a way to move on from this event.
I am thankful for your comments. I needed someone to hear me out.
The first step to peace is to stop Googling cold turkey. There is no more information to know about your situation, so all you're effectively doing is googling for death at this point.
