stressed up

hi there,
recently i had a mole growth on the side of the penis, the doctor burnt it off with electrocautery and also did a biopsy on the other mole, and was given 2 stiches after removing the mole on the pubic hair area,
after 3 days when the wound dried up, i went to visit hooker, i had unprotected oral sex but protected intercourse, now i am worried if her vaginal fluids touches my burnt skin and stiched skin, would i be suspitble to HIV and other disease.
because the stitch is an open wound, and the skin burnt off is a weeping wound? isnt it an exchnage of bodyily fluids?
