hiv risk from wound made AFTER the encounter

I had protracted sex with a stripper NO Wound at the time of the encounter.  After I got home it was a 15 minute drive . I cleaned my genitals with alcohol. Then I proceeded to trim my pubic hair and cut myself deeply on my scrotum, I'm unsure if hiv can live in my genital area in the amount of time it took me to drive home the wound was deep and bleeding alot and I'm also unsure if I cleaned that specific area with alcohol before trimming am i at risk for HIV? Can her vaginal secretions drip down my scrotum and live there long enough for me to get home and cut myself and get infected?

Everything GuitarRox said is correct. You had zero risk for HIV.

There is no reason to clean your genitals with alcohol after a sexual encounter. It won't do anything to stop you getting HIV or an STD.  Fortunately, you didn't have a risk for HIV.

So the virus couldn't have been active on my scrotum and then entered my body when I cut myself after the the fact ? If she had it?
She also gave me unprotected blowjob I didn't mention that
She and I both answered you fully that you had no risks. The risks were given and oral sex was not included. Nor was protected vaginal. These are not risks for HIV and you can not get HIV after the fact. Work on your anxiety as the disorder that you need to treat.

Here are the risks for HIV transmission and these are the ONLY risks. Having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, you had your penis covered during intercourse. This protected you as a barrier from hiv. Nothing after that would impact you related to hiv. Nothing. You had no risk and certainly no risk after you got home following the sex.
