Really scared!!

hi guys,
okay so heres the story and what's causing my worry...
bout 3 weeks ago i was with a guy (no sex) some cuddling but some "play" over underwear but he woke up and had a little cut on his foreahead and i compltely freaked out cause i think overnight i felt a bump on my earlobe and i think it was a zit so i popped it and now i cant get it out of my head what if i had his blood on my finger and i rubbed it on my zit and it got into my bloodstream!?!?! then fast forward 2 weeks after i have this weird dry/rough throat but now its gone...it was like for a week..i went to the doc he took a look and said he sees nothing in my throat and he suggested i get a humidifier...so i did that...and yes my throat feels normal again....but now i cant shake this hiv fear thinking was that throat thing connected?d i have had no flu like symptoms or feel sick/fever etc. so thats good right?

i asked the guy if he was fine and he said yes but he had a scare too! cause his ex tested positive but he said they only found that out cause he was GOING to have sex with him but after they tested and he found he was positive he broke up with him. he said hes tested 3 times since their breakup and hes testing negative and fine in every round. what should i think guys? should i test at the 3 months? am i at risk?
im super freaking out here  i have ocd and hypocondria i know and my doc referred me to CBT....

You are not in any window, you've never had an exposure.

it's just i read that a sore throat in the window which i am in now can indicate infection...hence my worry...hence my question to test but like you said if HIV cannot infect outside it's host then it just seems like its impossible that was my case....and i can't confirm if i indeed did have his blood on me and if he was even positive!
ive also read anxiety can run you down too...:(

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Hiv transmission will occur only through unprotected vaginal..anal.., IV drugs, mother to child...
