Symptoms don't really indicate any thing when it comes to HIV. However, just to answer your question, swollen nodes associated with HIV infection are usually generalized and not just couple of swollen nodes in the body. What you describe has lot to be desired in terms of clarity and the only way to gain that clarity is to test. 3 months post exposure would provide you a conclusive result. You can only consider your self at a risk if you had unprotected penetrative anal / vaginal sex or shared needles.
