Bleeding of open wounds

Hi doctor:
My situation is this , in the work , and a person with the scratch of a finger . Then I used the paper to wipe my bleeding wounds, he grazed the blood . Time are separated by only two minutes . If he is infected , is dangerous ? Need to detect ?
I read some information that the open wound is dangerous for HIV . Information on the wound must be big, and my wound is 3 mm stab wound . That person too. I think the paper residual small amount of virus, will not pass the blood copy infected with me ? The wound must be direct contact with blood was dangerous ? Blood from the wound into such another wound ?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
