HIV blood and cut help!!!

hello I'm really concern about having HIV
unfortunately i cheated on my Gf 2 months ago,  i got oral sex (unprotected) so that freak me out..... I waited 15 days and did an RNA test and came back negative. i felt better but 2 days later, i french kissed the person i cheated my gf with. I remember having a cut in my mouth. the girl had slept w 2 guys before me. 1 one was 5 months ago and the other one was a week before we kissed (time frame isn't counting the past 2 months). she got tested 45 days after and get rapid test came back negative (no RNA). so for the past 2 month, i have been freaking out. i cut my finger and was bleeding a lot and touched some tools and my brother touched them ( he had a cut/scratch in his forearm) now that makes me worried because how about if i have HIV. i know that HIV can be transmitted that way but i know that the blood that was touching the tools got exposed to air and was really hot too. can he get HIV if i have HIV? also a week later i was driving and decided to give some money to a homeless person, he touched my cut in my finger (thats what i believe) but my cut was almost close.. i don know the status of the person, i don't remember if he had blood on his hands, there was some scabbing/ yellowish material on my cut from healing. i went to the doctor and said that i was fine because the cut was pretty much close and i wasn't gushing any blood. i have read so many question and i don't know what to do because some people say that yes its possible and some other say no. please help. I know that HIV its transmitted trough sex, sharing needles and mucous fluid touching any type of cut, sores

You had no risk with the oral sex. And you didn't need to test for hiv in the first place. Don't worry about your brother. Hiv is NOT transmitted that way, and most importantly you didn't get hiv through the oral sex. You didn't expose yourself by touching the homeless man either. Blood or no blood. You had no risk.
