I cheated my GF, I slept with a lady, but I didnt have sex with her, no penetration at least. I started kissing and sucking her nipples and around, a kissed and licked her body without performing cunnilingus ( no oral sex) but I was sucking and licking her nipples and masturbating her with my fingers, when I tried to lubricate my fingers with my saliva I realized that I put my fingers in my mouth with vaginals fluids, and after that I went to bathroom and I touched my penis and its head with more vaginal fluid. I was so sad that I didnt continue, I didnt have sex nor oral sex. Could I have HIV risk for this? I need resources or pages where I can find these answers :c

The risks for how people get HIV has not changed since your last question. Risks and these are the ONLY risks are to have unprotected, penetrating vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Just like you 've been told before. NO RISK
