HIV Risk help!!

On October 23rd 2017 I had an encounter with a man of unknown HIV status. I was the insertive partner and had only a few seconds of unprotected sex before I pulled out. I asked about his HIV status and he said he was negative and got tested 2 weeks ago. However his profile on a hookup app says he was last tested in May of 2017 and said he was "taking loads."  I got paranoid and asked him again 2 weeks later when he got tested and then asked about the "taking it" post. In which he responded he was tested a month ago (which fits with what he said before) and that he doesn't actually "take it" like that and that he only put it on his profile because it gets more responses. 2 weeks after the exposure, my compounded wisdom tooth got infected and I am on antibiotics for it. I've also developed a single canker sore on my right cheek. No fever from what I could tell (I was taking ibuprofen for the tooth pain.) and no swollen lymph nodes or rash. Im wondering what my risk is and if I should be worried about contracting HIV from this encounter. I am stressed to the max and losing sleep over it! Please help! I'm thinking about getting a rapid antibody finger prick test at 3 weeks. How reliable is that?

You can take a duo at 28 days for a conclusive result, and going early will not be of use. Did you mean Nov 23 was your exposure?

No, oct 23rd. So almost 3 weeks ago. What do you think my risk is?
It is impossible to guess anything useful, so try to relax and not think about it until 28 because only a test can tell. Avoid Googling for symptoms too, because they prove nothing. Nothing is pointing toward you having HIV because only a test can do that.
Is a duo test the 15 minute finger prick test?
The finger prick test can de a duo or only Antibody test. You have to confirm it from the lab before the test if it's a duo
