Bloody tissue on a fresh cut

I was testing blood sugar with my grandmother. She used the tissue I used to cover my finger to cover hers. There was blood on it and the stains are not dry. It was just one or two minutes after I used the tissue. I was tested negative 5 weeks ago after my protected sex 9 weeks ago on PEP started within 22 hours post sex. The local doctor said that the result should be 99% accurate with antibody+p24. Should I be concerned about my grandmother's health? Appreciated!!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

YOU never had a risk for HIV, so no matter what, you could not give HIV to someone else.  As you can see, sharing a bloody tissue is not a risk for HIV, ever.
