anal fissure & risk of Hiv

HI DOCTORS. im a male 25years old.  Here is my situation: i went to a massage parlour and that girl give me a whole oil massage and,besides that she give me a handjob . in the end, i eject in her hands.    My concern is:she touched my anal fissure of the anus(It's bleed 2 hours ago after i defecate).  i don't know I don't know if there is a wound her hand.    can i get hiv by this condition?   thank you!  help me !

IF she was HIV+ with a deep, profusely bleeding gash on her hand/fingers which she INSERTED into your rectum, that would be the only way you MIGHT have contracted HIV. From what you have told us, your risk is less than zero.

Thank you for your reply!   in fact, i check her hands after massage. i didn't  find any  profusely bleeding wound. But,can some not visible  or  small wound carry risk?  Thanks again
