Busted Condom Scared Silly.

Hello Everyone,
I was hoping for some thoughts to help alleviate my stress.

22 Days ago I had sex with a female CSW in Panama, unfortunately the condom broke wide open, I'm not sure how long I was unprotected could have been 10 seconds could have been 5 minutes.
The following day she had a 3rd generation HIV test done (blood draw) the results came back 2 days later negative for hiv1/2.
14 days after the incident I had a HIV 1/2 combo test done (blood draw) and was told that in Massachussetts this was considered definitive. Although most of the experts I see online say 28 days.

However today my anxiety has taken over and I'm not sure where to turn for advice or help, I could really use some information on why Mass says 14 days is conclusive, maybe that will, help my anxiety. I feel like I'm going crazy!

Thank you sincerely, a scared dude.

The newer HIV tests will detect an infection by about three weeks following exposure to the virus; with the older HIV tests, the window period could be as long as three months. Because of this window period, it is important to know exactly what type of HIV test was used. With the older tests, getting tested before three months may give you an unclear result or a false negative.
I have never heard of an HIV test that will give you 100% conclusive results in 14 days. Maybe Massachusetts knows something the rest of us don't. If you are still anxious about your results, test again at a reputable lab and follow any guidelines they have for follow up testing.

Thank you for your advice RubyWitch,

It's pretty plain language, I called Fenway Health in Boston and they also told me 14 days Is conclusive.
(I talked to two different counselors two different times and both told me they had never had someone test negative at 14 days to test positive later with the duo/combo test.)
I will test again with the same Lab I used for the 14 day test. They are a huge operation and very reputable.
