31 Day / 4 Week Post Exposure - ELISA 8 Panel STI Test

Hello. Some of you may already know my story. I did the most stupidest thing in my life and now I am regretting it every second. I did cunnilingus to a women who worked in the adult entertainment industry whos HIV status I don't know. I also did vagina sex with a condom. I found her add again and I tried to reach her but her number no long works. I'm afraid she might have had HIV. I've been crying for the past 2 weeks because I am developing ARS symptoms or maybe its something else.

I just did my 31 day or 4 week post exposure STI exam and everything still has come back negative. HIV, Herpes, Gonnerhea etc all are still negative. Can anyone tell me the Accuracy of an ELISA 8 Panel STI Test at 4 weeks? I know its not 99% I am going to take 2 more tests in 2 weeks and another in 8 weeks.

Is the 4 week ELISA 90% Accurate? Whats the percentage of accuracy? I would like to know please I am having a lot of anxiety issues. Every time I look at myself in the mirror I am looking for symptoms for HIV.

Just to let know you what I am going through and what symptoms I have gone through already in the last 4 weeks: Headaches(still), Joint Pain(still), pain in legs, stomach cramps, stomach growling(still), pain in Kidneys when I lay on one side for long(still), vomiting, blurriness in eyes(still), chest pain(still), sore throat(still), lower back pain(still), swollen lymph glands under jaw(still), night sweat(for 1 day), Lost like 10-15 pounds, Lost weight on sides, Stomach is bulgy(still), white tongue(still), cold elbows(still), chills, pain in collarbone, white lines across the gums Linea alba(still). arm and hand gets numb when I wake up from sleep(still), dry mouth(still), tingeing feeling on penis(still).

Luckily of all the symptoms I have not had a fever. My temperature is still 97.1-97.9. I also don't have any rash on my back or stomach or legs. Also I was checking the mirror and there was white stuff o my Uvula. I'm sure its Candida because I did the spit test early in the morning which confirmed this.

Do you think I should go to the doctor specially for Candida problem and thrush problem? Because I am have chest pain and lower neck pain which hurts. It feels like I have something in my throat.

Sorry but this is the only forum I have to discuss my problem? Where you want me to go and discuss this issue. I can't ask the doctor when he is going to give me the same answer. I search for accuracy of 4 week exposure I was getting conflicting answers. I want clarification thats all.
