CONCLUSIVE OR NOT?

I have been tested negative twice this year. I did my testing in a healthcare center and they used a lancet to prick on my finger. My last high risk exposure was 6years ago. Does my negative result conclusive? Do I need to stop worrying? Since I've read a lot in google saying that the antibody was compromised already and was not able to detect by a test. Does hiv test only accurate during 3 to 6 months? How about 6 years or more after exposure? Is it still accurate? Thank you!

The antibody will ALWAYS be detectable.  It doesn't go away by itself.  Once you contract HIV, you will always have detectable antibodies unless you are taking specific HIV-suppressive medication.

Any test taken at least 90 days after the risk event will be conclusive, and accurate.
