Can I get HIV from this act?

I had an erotic massage with a girld who gave a handjob at the end. Two minutes after we started the massage, she went to get a handcut tape to put around her finger. She mentioned that she has a cut but a light cut (paper cut). She gave me a handjob with the same hand she had the cut on. Can i get HIV from that if he finger was bleeding and i didn't realise? Can HIV be transmitted that way?

The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected vaginal/anal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.
HIV is neutralized in contact with air and saliva, so even with cuts, there has never been a single case of infection from a external surface.
