Can hiv could be carried by or transmitted by rats??

I'm straight male from Philippines....I might be crazy but I'm using loudspeakers and subwoofers as an improvised vibrators to massage my P**** and I'm doing it years from now when I don't know how to masturbate back then and I use it sometimes when I feel lazy to use my hand. Here is my concern, I usually place it on a desk in my room where there could be rats as there are rat stools seen and I don't use any cover for it to let it dry, its just placed on a desk. And then I placed it somewhere downstairs and then it was flooded last august and I kept it in a backyard stockroom (where there could be rats could be found) when I cleaned it right after the flood was subsided and I used it again 4 days ago but I put alcohol on it and let it dry for few seconds but normally, I just let it dry after I use it I just used alcohol because it was soaked in flood water. Is there any risk for hiv from rats even I was doing it years from now? I just thought of it........i never had any fever from this, the last time I had fever was about 2010 when I was tested positive for dengue. Sorry for my english though.

Becaus I thought that it was originally SIV which is found in monkeys so how come that it was transmitted in humans and became HIV?................Is there any other ways of transmission or odd ways except unprotected anal/vaginal sex, contaminated syringes/needles and mother to child? I can't help but when I think of this disease I think of it too much because of discrimination so I want to clarify how it is actually transmitted.

Originated, and transmitted are two different things.

You don't have an HIV concern with rats, period.

No...no other animal or insects carry or transmit HIV to humans.  It's strictly human to human transmission.

That being said, rats and their waste carry risks of other diseases:

I would strongly recommend doing what you can to reduce or eliminate your health risk.  If you cannot eradicate the rats completely (I don't know your living situation), in the very least, you should be diligent about cleaning up any signs (feces, etc) that you see.

Another question, are rats/rodents could carry and transmit HIV to humans?

But would it still be riskless even if I don't clean it with alcohol and just let it dry on the desk and there are household rats on it?

What are the diseases that are carried by household rats?

even if I was doing it before? Normally after I use it I just let it dry in the air, its just happened that it was submerged in floodwater and stored in the stockroom so I cleaned it with alcohol.
