Can i be infected HIV from my girlfriend

Hi doctor,
I am from China. I am seeing a girlfriend recently, and we've been together for 6 months. she had 4 boy friends before me. her HIV status is unknown, and I asked her to have a HIV test, but she refused, as in China, it is not common to have HIV test. during past 6months , we had sex without condom, two or three times per week.  I had a HIV test recently, and came out negative. As HIV Infected people are increased in China, so recently, I started being worried that she might be HIV positive.
1. Can i say that my girl friend is HIV negative, as after six months,  I am sitll HIV negative.

2. are people in window period not easy to transmit the HIV?,as I saw lots of the reports that husband is HIV positive but wife is negative.

You don't get HiV every time you have sex, so the only way to know her status is to test her, or test all of the other 4 guys. All your test proved is that you were negative at the point that your window period ended, so that doesn't help you.
You are playing a game of roulette every time you have unprotected vaginal with someone of unknown status, and you can lose if you have an unlucky sexual exposure.

Since she won't test, then it shows that she is more concerned about her worries than she is about you. It is important to ensure the status of anyone that you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex with, because if they don't care about you now, then they won't care if you get HIV later.
