Can i be infected ?

In accra airport of Ghana,I was injected for vaccine , after 2 days , I got nettle-rash ,and it has lasted for more than two weeks , now it seems that it is disapearing . I was so worried that the needle is not clean.Can I be infected by HIV ?

You never had an exposure from getting a vaccine.

I am afraid that they forget to change the needle after they injected the one before me , because when I got injected , I saw the nurse pick up the needle not  from the package , the needle is put on the desk without package ,i am not sure if it is a new one .

I feel much better after see your reply ,thanks very much !! But still have some question ,If  I share one needle with a HIV patient ,can I be infected ?  The needle insert into my skin , so I think the needle should have touch the blood , is this an exposure ?
