Can i trust my hivcombo test ?77days

In augest 10 i had unprotected sex with a gf of mine anyway she did a test one year before we had sex for the first time she had nothing and after that i had sex with her but i asked her if she had a bf before she said yes and they broke up months ago and I don't know if she had sex with him or not but i remember when i was having sex with her she was in pain its like her first time but its not that made me feel good a little cuz if she was sexually active she'll do it without feeling too much pain anyway we had sex again in augest 22 just 2 days before her period but when i got back home she called me and said she found out a drop of blood in her panties i got scared and she was scared too she was feeling bad and tired by that day but after 1 month i went to NY to check for a tumor in my arm its been there for 6 months and i did a biopsy and it wasn't cancer thats good thing so after that i got back to uae and i lived normal live but i was taking antibiotics and I didn't know about anything and we broke up before my fly to NY anyway I didn't know much about her but she's working in the same places i used to go to and i got scared when i had a fever and things because i did read in the internet about hiv symptoms and i had the same symptoms i was so scared and in NOV 7 i went to take a hiv test the doctor told me to not to worry and its been 77 days since the exposure and i can trust the test i said ok and she took the blood from my arm (veins) and she told me to come back after 2 hours and i went back after 2 hours and i was scared but it turned out its HIV Negative i asked her what test she made for me
She said
(Hiv 1/2 Ab/ag combo)

1: Can i trust my test ? At 77 days ?

I'm still worried

2: and is there any cases where someone tested negative at 50-75 days and got positive at 90 days or more ?

Please help me and sorry for my bad English <3

The test is 99.99% accurate after 28 days, so your negative result is real.

You have nothing to worry about. You did not get HIV.
All the best.

But i talked to some stupid nurse who works at STD's clinic but I don't think she knows much but she said i have to retest after 6 months !

And please can u answer my 2nd question?

And thx so much
It is not necessary to repeat any test. The late seroconversion is a legend. As long as you haven't had any other risk is this last 28 days, you DO NOT have to repeat it. As I said, is accurate after 28 days. If you repeat it the only thing you are going to do is wasting money and time.
Ok but one more question and sorry for asking to much but about the scenario when i and she had sex and the pain she felt and the blood she saw do u think she's Hiv+ ? And I don't know if she's sexually active but she was feeling much pain just like her first time and I remember the next day she said to not do that anymore cuz she was feeling pain

Yo already know the answer. Your test indicated that you are not HIV+. You can move on.
