Exposure

I was heavily intoxicated and date raped in an Asian country, with my understanding to have a low prevalence rate, but also where males frequently visit CSW.  I was afraid to tell the police because I was very intoxicated, had little proof, and also was afraid of my family finding out.

I am a female, and to the best of my belief the man did not ejaculate into me, as he got a nose bleed and I also pushed him away telling him to stop.  Today is approximately 5 days after, would it be to late to try PEP, I tried to ask him to get an HIV test to which he told me he is a blood donor, and now he refuses to answer my phone calls, telling me that I am too paranoid and I have nothing to worry about.

What can I do?

Sorry to hear about this.  The good news is that you are most likely okay.  Perhaps you can get further information from this guy.  Unless he receives unprotected anal sex regularly or is an IV drug user, chances are quite low that he has HIV.  Further, if he didn't ejaculate, there wouldn't be much coming from him to infect you with.
