HIV Risk

Hello, I received a hand job from a prostitute about 7 weeks ago. I am a male. The prostitute used massage oil to masturbate my penis. So, her hand and massage oil touched my urethral orifice. I did not touch any place of her body. After few minutes, I ejaculated. So,
1. Can I get HIV from massage oil if the massage oil contained HIV?
2. Can I get HIV if I had open cuts on my penis.
3. I was not sure if any body fluid on the prostitute's hands, can I get HIV if her hands had some body fluids from herself or other customers?
4. What is the risk of getting HIV of my situation?
5. Do I need to HIV testing?

Waiting for your response and your quick & accurate response is highly appreciated.
Many thanks.

hiv is never transmitted through a hand job.  transmission takes place INSIDE the body...when a penis is inside a vagina / anus.

Hi Vance2335,

Thanks for your response. However, so far, I have many symptoms. I do not know how to explain. Could you explain this to me? I also want to hear the responses from nursegirl6572 and LIZZIE LOU.
Thank you again.

Hi LIZZIE LOU,

Actually, I have also consulted HIV experts in China. They said hand job or masturbation still has some risks to get HIV, even though it is very low. So, I confused about it. Does anyone get HIV from hand job or mutual masturbation?

Thank you very much.

Hi LIZZIE LOU,

I have read the responses. The reason I worried is too much symptoms on body, which include body rash, enlargement of lymph nodes, low fever, muscular soreness, headache, swirl and so on. Could you explain why these symptoms exist? You both said the HIV is not able to reproduce outside the body, even though the body fluids contact the open cuts directly?

Many thanks,
