Condom Broke during sex and I'm scared

I am 19 yrs old and I had sex for with an Escort today. we started with her performing oral sex protected and then to vaginal sex protected until I ejaculated. I took the condom off and put another one on for round 2 and she gave me protected oral sex for a much longer time. We then went at it with vaginal sex again and at some point I realized the condom was broken so I pulled out. I must have been in her for 5 minutes unprotected! I told her it broke but I didn't ejaculate and lost my erection so I told her I'm done. I was completely shocked into silence while removing the condom when suddenly she said to me not to worry because she's clean and gets tested monthly because she has children and has a boyfriend who is aware of her occupation. She told me I should see her again too. Also upon meeting her she stated she uses a condom for every client.
I chatted a bit and walked her out when I began to panic as she left. I went to pee, took two showers and scrubbed myself good.
If for some the slim chance she's lying and actually has something. What are the chances I've been infected? this is tearing me up. I can't eat, I feel unmotivated to do anything, I probably won't sleep and I'm so nervous.

please put my at ease. I've read about PEP but I do not have med insurance nor can I afford it.

Never rely on someone's word about their status. You can obtain your conclusive test result 3 months post exposure.
