All the relationship was with condom

After  take the condom out off my penis it seems ok but i wanted to test  I squeezed to  make sure it is ok but it got Brock and get a hole, is it possible a scratch from the lady nail or a tiny hole in the condom could be a risk of any STD specially HIV.

And am I in a risk if there is a tiny hole in the condom

What makes worried the
usualy I am doing the same and it is not having the same issue except once in
100 times and I tested another condom from the same pack it did the same when  I squeeze ( I am using the most extra safe expensive condom

Sounds like you broke it when squeezing it. If a condom fails  during penetration, it rips down the seam and is very evident to the eye, so there is no purpose in doing those squeeze tests.

There wouldn't be a "tiny hole" in the condom. You MADE the hole when you squeezed the condom. If there had been a hole in the condom during intercourse, the condom would have broken during intercourse due to the friction. You didn't have any risk for HIV.
