Condom hanging out from anus

I had sex with a sexworker trans 24 days ago.
Initially we had active and passive oral sex, unprotected but no one ejaculated.
After that we had protected sex, i was on top, when I went out to ejaculate on the tranny's bottom I realized that the condom was not on my penis but was hanging out of her anus (1 inch and the rim out).
Have I exposed myself to a concrete risk?

If the condom was hanging out of her anus, it is likely that the condom came of when you were withdrawing your penis. If the head of your penis was covered during intercourse, you had no risk for HIV.

If you aren't sure, you can take a 4th-generation HIV test any time at least 28 days after this event to know your status for sure.

I took 4th generation test on September 7th(laboratory, blood from vein, result: negative).
I met the sexwoker on August 10th at 11 pm, can I consider the test on September 7th at 8 am (approximately 27 days and 10 hours) to be highlights reliable?
Thanks.
Yes, you can move on from this event. You don't have HIV.
