Should I be concerned!

Hi! I met a trans we were naked on bed and I remember i was laying on my belly and i felt pressure on my anus and I stopped him immediately i was drunk i wasn’t sure what was that was it his finger or penis.
I did 4th generation test after 19 days and was negative and the day after i had sore throat, runny nose pain on my armpit and groin.

You aren't going to get HIV from a penis pressing on your anus.  You would need to have experienced penetration, which you would know about.

If you absolutely MUST get tested to ease your mind, get tested at least 28 days after the event.  None of your "symptoms" have anything to do with HIV.

No, you didn't really have a risk from this event. Most people would just forget about it and move on.
