Rubbing penis against vaginal

Today I had a sexual intercourse with a girl. Still protected but for the first 3 min I rubbed my penis against her vaginal, and also put my penis head inside her vaginal 3 times, each lasted only 1 - 2 seconds. Do I have any risk to HIV

Did you insert your penis unprotected?
If so, that's an extremely low risk for HIV, given that it was only for a few seconds. Most people wouldn't worry about it at all, or even test for HIV. If you need peace of mind, you can test using a 4th generation test at least 28 days after the event.

If all of your insertions were protected, you had zero risk and do not need to test at all.

I just insert only the penis head for 3 times, total for a few second. But when having sex I use condom. Is that a risk
If you inserted your penis without a condom covering the head of it for 3 times, and again, it was INSERTED. Then yes, that is a risk. Extremely low, as curfew states. But get tested at 28 days with a 4th generation Duo test. Expect a negative.
Only the penis head to the inner lip of the vaginal, not fully inside I’m sure. Only for 3 seconds. Do you think I need PEP
No. It is close to impossible that you got HIV from 3 seconds of penetration.
Okay. I’m 100% sure that only the penis head touch the inner lip, but the penetration is fully protected.
