Condom issue

Encounter with a prostitute, which included handjob,, the thing is i touched the vagina with my finger and some vagnal fluid got on my finger later on within minute put on the condom touching the inside part of the condom the head and side part with that same finger . While tearing the condom pack i could feel the condom pack slipping between may be due the vaginal fluid now i am scared to death of hiv, due the penis being in contact with the fluid inside the condom.

Don't be scared of HIV. First, it is very hard to transmit despite what your anxiety tells you and second, those who live with it manage pretty well these days with modern medicine. But in your case, you had no risk. You had a hand job. This involves exposure of fluids to air which inactivate them. The issue with condom and touching, etc. is all mute as this all happened with air present. So, there is zero risk. The only risks for HIV are to have had unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating intercourse or to share IV needles to inject drugs. Take care

Had touched the inside part i.e the head region of the condom with my finger which had some vaginal fluid, they say any contact with bodily fluid is dangerous,
Is rapid 3rd generation antibody test after 60 days or CMIA 3rd generation antibody test advisable after 60 days thinking take a test
You were already answered that you had no risk. This is now just anxiety driven questions and you took needless tests as it was no risk that were negative. That you want to take more bumps this to a mental health issue. We can't help you with that but your doctor can as anxiety is treatable. Hope you get help with that. No HIV risk.
I'm not sure who you are referring to as "they" but it isn't a doctor when you say "they say any contact ".
You should move on because the worst-case scenario is dead virus touched your finger which then had dead virus on it when it touched your other body parts.
