Condom slipped off

Hello,

I had an encounter with a professional sex worker today.
We had protected sex for everything: oral and vaginal.
When I was pulling out though most of my penis (95%) was out of the condom. I also noticed some blood on the outside of the condom. I do not think that it slipped while I was inside, only when pulling out.
I asked the girl and she told me she was tested two weeks ago and that her tests came back negative for all STDs.
Is there a significant risk from this encounter? Should contact a doctor for PEP treatment?

Thanks!

Logic dictates that if the condom was hanging part way outside of her vagina, then your penis HAD to either  still be inside the condom.......or your penis came out of the condom AFTER you had withdrawn leaving part of the condom outside her vagina. Which means the head of your penis WAS either covered or completely outside the vagina which equals NO RISK.

Test if you want, but it will be for your peace of mind only.

If the condom was partially OUTSIDE the vagina, then either the head of your penis was still covered OR the condom had slipped off your penis AFTER you had withdrawn completely. Either way.......NO RISK.

If the head of your penis was covered, menstrual blood, along with any other fluids, would not be a risk.

If you are still having anxiety about what happened.........then go get tested for YOUR peace of mind. I can't give you a definitive assessment if you can't me a definitive risk.

Thank you RubyWitch, I appreciate your answers. And I totally agree with you, with elements missing (like was the head fully covered when exiting) it is hard to judge. And this is my problem, I think I am not too bad in my knowledge of HIV and STDs in general. I usually would not worry but this situation is worrying me as I do not have all the elements to make a definitive decision. I will wait for 28 days and do a duo test at that point. I think it will be negative... It is just sometimes your head works against your will :)!

As long as the head of your penis was still covered by the condom, you had NO RISK.

Blood on the outside of the condom was most likely an indication that the woman was on her period and is NOT an HIV concern.

Again, as long as the head of your penis was still covered, there is also no need to begin PEP.

This is my issue... I am not sure of how it was covered and when exactly it slipped. It looks like it was when I was pulling off as the condom was outside hanging from her vagina and with my penis still partially in it. But I cannot guarantee...

Would't menstrual blood increase the chance of contracting HIV?

Anybody who can help me with one? Thanks...

BTW, just to clarify. As she was on top of me, she moved up and I saw that the condom was hanging from her vagina with the real end (only maybe one centimeter) of my penis still in the it. It was not inside her or on the bed.
