All started with severe fatigue

Hi Dr.

I am 31 year man from India(Delhi).
in Jul'13 i had fever so i visited Dr. here and got tested positive for Typhoid.After taking Cyfexim for around 11 days,the fever was gone but suddenly after 4-5 days again i had a feeling of fever then i visited the same Dr. again and he told that course of the antiboitic has completed and it should not be Typhoid but when i againg visited him after 2 days, he prescibed me Cefixim for 4 more days and after that there was no feve but sever fatigue started which i had never faced i my life before.in Dec'13 i was diagnosed with Falcifarun malaria,after getting the treatment i was fine.But the fatigue remain same also feltSever headache lasting for 5 days and loss of apetite.In Feb'14 i visited Max Hospital(Its a very reputed hospital)  and i was tested for around 10 blood test including HIV1/HIV2(ELISA),all of them came negetive.Dr. prescribed me Vitamin D/E tablets and calcium tab.
After that i had a unprotected sex with my wife,and she also started feeling Loss of apetite/Rashes/Severe fatigue/Enlarged Breasts/Headache.
I have again tested 2 times again for HIV-ELISA(last test was in March'14) which again came negetive.
Now my  years daugter is also having rashesh on her body and face.
Now from last 2-3 weeks, i am having sore toung /dificulty in swalloing also rashes and other issues like Fatigue/Loss of appetite/Headache have gone now.

I had unprotected sex with a sex worker about 2-3 years ago.
Please help me to diagnoise the desease.
Should i go for othe STD tests etc..?Please suggest, also what are the chances of HIV?

Thanks but I have already consulted with 3 doctors but they were not able to diagnose the problem.
Tomorrow i am againg going to see a doctor.
