Ejaculation on eczema a possible route for infection?

Hi doctors/forum members.

I had a liaison with another man 10 days ago. I always practice safe sex and we did not have intercourse. It was mutual masturbation and general fooling around. He was dry humping me and got a little excited. He ejaculated on my stomach and chest. Now I have eczema and there may have been some small parts on my stomach that may have come into contact with his sperm.
Normally I would not be bothered about this but a 3 nights later, I had night sweats on consecutive nights and I have one swollen lymph node under my chin, top of neck. There are no other symptoms. The swollen node is quite small but clearly raised and sore to touch. I have checked elsewhere and there does not seem to be anymore swollen nodes.
I get checked regularly and I was negative before this encounter. I do not know the partners HIV status but there was no penetrative sex at all.
Am I worrying about nothing or should I get checked out?

The only ways HIV is spread are:
-Unprotected anal/vaginal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.

Outside the body, the virus is unable to infect.
