Could i be at risk -

I have had a case where the man's pre-seminal fluid was on the outside walls of my but cheeks and also once, this man ejaculated on my scrotum area, (i DONT THINk anything leaked to my anus) I went for an HIV test 4 weeks - post exposure, and it was negative . In Saudi Arabia, they just write negative HIV 1/ HIV 2 on a printed paper.
Is it rational to think i have HIV based on this????? Was my window period too short?/

Like Lizzie said, penetrative, unprotected sex is the only way you could get HIV in a sexual setting.  You cannot get HIV from being exposed to genital secretions, ejaculate, or preseminal fluid OUTSIDE of the body, even with cuts, scrapes, etc.

HIV is a very fragule virus that cannot maintain its infectiousness outside of the body.

Can i ask you what your thoughts are on Micro-tears around the scrotum area, if they exist, wont It possibly be a channel for HIV? Im sorry if my question is frustrating, i know you guys get a lot of questions.

you had NO risk

transmission requires penetration...it happens inside the body, when a penis is inside a vagina / anus.

you didnt need to test and further testing is a waste of time
