In desperate fear!! Sperm spillage can cause HIV??

Dear, I'm sorry that I need to use some of your time but I'm really in fear. Just now, I had protected anal sex with a guy. The whole process was just fine and nothing bothers me until he ejaculated and wanted to pull out. I found his penis is soft. When he removed the condom, I see some sperm on the inside wall of condom still sticking (like .. a line) with his head of penis and some untransparent bubbles and I do feel it's his body fluid. I do feel moist at my anal, but it doesn't smell like sperm maybe lubricant but still sticky. We had a test then and it shows that he is negative. Should I be worried? Should I get tested? I'm so freaked out I'm scared please help!!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV isn't transmitted by sperm spilling out of a condom, if that actually happened, which is not likely.  HIV is transmitted when the head of another man's penis is rubbing inside your anus without a condom.  There is no HIV concern here.  You don't need PEP and you don't need a test.  You were never at risk for HIV.

I'm sorry for bothering you. While waiting for good people's advice here, I talked to my doctor and he recommended me to take Biktarvy if I still panic but this is only used as placebo. He said the same as you did but I can't imagine living a life with this virus. I'm sorry to cause this trouble myself and bother you again. Do you think I should take the pill weighing the pros and cons?
I already answered that question. You had no risk for HIV so obviously, you do not need medication related to HIV.
Dear Doctor, what if the sperm was squeezed out and rubbed into my anus again?
This is my LAST answer - I do not provide anxiety support.

Re-read the only risks for HIV that I posted. If you do not do any of those things, you will never have a risk for HIV.

Maybe I'm putting myself in fear because when pulling the condom off it definitely gets the sperm from the head of penis. And if it spills, the sperm can't swim back right as the rim of the condom is still outside? But I still want to know if I should take PEP? OMG I'm sweating.
