I had sex with a prostitute in a brothel in germany. I licked her vagina for about 2-3 minutes. I am now worried about STDs. As soon as I went back home I had diahrrea and couldn't sleep all night. I had clogged nose since 2 days before this activity but now I also have a little bit of sore throat and difficulty to swallow. I am also very hungty and I also have a lot of gas in my stomach and urinate frequently. Only one day has passed from that night. Am I at risk of having contracted HIV? I read that some of these symptoms are related. Thank you
Hi protected sex is not any risk for HIV nor is the licking. The only std,s you could contract is herpes and syphilis but if she did not have any vaginal sores that came in contact with the area outside the condom, you can rule out syphils and almost zero risk for herpes.

Thank you for your response. My nose is still clogged and I have been using a nasal spray for the past 3 months, this morning my nose started to bleed and it has never happened before. Is there any STD with nosebleeding as symptom?
