My risk performing a cunnilingus on vagina surface

All respect about this lovely contributing community.
15 days ago, I performed a cunnilingus to a masseuse girl for about 10 seconds (it was really quick like that).
Her vagina was dry, I mean, free of any vaginal fluid or any apparent wounds. furthermore, I did n't go deepens with my tongue, I just licked the vagina surface and her dela clitoris.
Am I at risk for HIV? And about syphilis?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
Giving oral sex is not a risk for HIV. 10 seconds is probably not enough time to transmit any STD either, but you can ask about syphilis in the STD forum: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98
