Cut on scrotum

I'm a man and had protected sex with a woman this weekend (one night stand). Earlier in the day, I had scratched my scrotum, breaking the skin but not drawing blood. When we finished having intercourse, I removed the condom and noticed blood on the base of it and on my scrotum (I believe she was close to menstruating). The blood was hers, not mine. I have no reason to believe she has HIV, but I am worried that her vaginal fluids and/or blood came into contact with that cut on my scrotum.

Does this incident warrant an STD test? What should my level of concern be?
