DNA negative

Teak and Lizzy LOO
Hi,
i posted a couple of month before about a risky exposure, i tested Negative for HIV and syphilis and Hepatitis and many more.
after resting my mind, i met with my ex girl friend again and we had sex after 10 months of seperation. i believe that she had many sexual activities during this period, anyways we broke up now again.
straight to the point.
9 days after the sex i had an ulcer on the end of my penis, painless, 10 days later, clear and touchable swollen node on groin only, down side, same side of the ulcer, exactly on the left of the penis not above in tummy or under tummy area.
i tested Negative for HIV DNA 25 days after the event. i calmed down and anyways i am pretty sure she is clean for HIV cause she gets tested regularly due to her job as a medical care.
today i am in day 31. i have chills, and a slight fever that is being with me for more than 4 days. not all the time of the day, but i have them.
i am pretty sure i have a certain STD (ulcer, swollen node on groin, chills, itching), gladly the DNA shows its not HIV. what can it be ? what tests are recommended ?
can it be nothing at all ? i mean if i will test negative again for all the STD's. can the ulcer and the groin node swelling be just NOTHING ? please i need your advice, i know its a forum for HIV only but i wasnt well helped in other forums, i seek your help Teak and Lizzy Loo and who ever can help too.
thanks

and i have a burning sensation on the tip of my penis too.
