DR visit

I just went to dermatologist for my eye infection lesions that have returned again for the second time. Last time they lasted almost 2 months. I have HERP1/2 infection and dr says I have karpos sarcoma under my eyes. They are pink little dots. Are we sure that there is no new hiv strains/groups that an mutate and not be detected? My wife has a double stranded antibody as well with no Other disease found. My dermatologist asked if I had risk factors or any problems with my immune system. This is all to odd
