help, from China. HIV

dear docter,
i am a gay from Cjhina. actually it's my first time with a strange gay. i have read some information on medhelp. your stand is very firm that oral sex is no risk. but my goverment told us it is really dangerous to have a oral sex wit a strange man. and also that gay later  tested positive.
the thing was that night he forced me to have a oral sex, it was vey strong, he actually broke my throat. the following two months was very difficult for me. i was reaaly scared. and i have to ate a lot os medicine to support my body. my heart is now beating without order.
two questions.1. many experts in my country said that some Chinese herbs can anti-hiv. actually i ate these medicine everday , can they delay my window period?
second, my doctor, she is a profossor. she told me i have to test a least half a year to find out the final result. and she told me many people in China they will turn to positive after a year, which scared me a lot. i cried. i am now 55days, and my result is negetive.(four generation). she said that our tests is lesss advanced than your country, so our window peiod is long. please give me some advice.
thank you vey much. i am a student. i holp you can enlighten me. thank you

Oral sex is not a risk for hiv. 4th gen test are conclusive 28/days beyond.

We don't say it is not risk but the risk is extremely low. Move on. Your fourth generation test is conclusive if you live in Singapore
