TAKING A PARID HIV TEST QUETION

Hi there
I am thinking about getting a HIV test but I have a cold.
Can this affect the result. I read that antibiotics cannot but can high blood pressure meds alter the results.

I read the FYI and this is not covered there

Thanks in advance for you time

3 months from your last unprotected exposure will give you a conclusive result. If you keep going down this path you will end up with a STD or HIV. I know you probably know this but since you have not used them I have to say this...

USE CONDOMS NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Vance
That is what I thought as well!
I try to get tested every two months to stay current and yes I had a possible risk. Insertive anal man to man sex with me being the bttm. Unprotected for two mins. Did not *** inside. This happened twice. 6.5 weeks ago and 3.5 weeks ago and once I was the top and came inside at 2 weeks ago.

Dumb Dumb I know Learning my lesson with all the anxiety.
This is why I like to get a test now is ease the worry a little bit and retest again later on.

No, you are fine to test. Did you have a possible risk or just testing for a status?
