possible ars, scared please help

Hi
I started getting nausea, headache, and sore throat exactly a week after my potential exposure. I was wondering if that is too soon for it to be ars? Also it is now sixth week since exposure and all of these symptoms have not gone away or even subsided at all, so is five weeks, too long for ars to last for? Also in my fifth week I started to get sore muscles and joint pain and also eye and ear pain. Is five weeks out too late for that to be ars? Also, now on my sixth week I have had really bad knee pain in my right knee. It is so bad that it keeps me from sleeping, and it is hard to walk on. I have had no injury however, the pain just came out of nowhere. Is it possible that this too is a sign, or is six weeks way too late for it to be ars. My rick is that I am a female who had brief unprotected sex with a male, he was only in me for no more than five minutes and there was no ejaculation. I am so scared and have so much anxeity over this that I can't sleep or focus on anything else.
Please help me anyone.

well i have to say that symptoms cant and dont diagnose hiv..
the only way to know is by testing at the correct time..
a test at 6-8 week post exposure will give you a good indication of your status, if negative, follow up witha  13 week test for a conclusive result..
dont worry..not everyone has got hiv..and also infection from a single exposure is low..

Thank you. I plan on getting two more tests at both those times, but does my timeline of symptoms fit the timeline of ars or no? or is there no point to even think about that?
