Only an HIV test can diagnose HIV - no other tests, nor symptoms, can tell you if you have HIV.

The first thing that you would need to do is to report this incident to a police station near you. It is unlawful for an HIV positive person to willfully try to infect someone.

Only an HIV antibody test can be used for primary diagnostic purpose. Symptoms are not used for diagnosis of this disease.

You have crossed the window period, any standard HIV antibody test can be taken at this point for you to know.

We wish you the best.
