Help, don't know if feeling early HIV simptoms

Hello,
My story starts Sunday 16th when I made the worst mistake I have ever made in my life...
I had sex with a Colombian tranny hooker without a condom.... (I was not thinking correctly, I was completely drunk)
first she told me she was clean, but who really knows if she's telling the truth , plus she/he is a sex worker and if she/he let me do it without a condom she probably let other people do it to (even though I don't know how active she is)
She gave me oral for a little bit and then I was top, i never gave oral or got penetrated
( don't know if it helps but I am circumsized )

I have been doing a lot of research because since I did it I have had serious suicidal thoughts and I started to forget about it but today when I woke up I with a slight sore throat (I have woken up to a sore throat  day for the last 4 days-ish ) but today it didn't go away in a couple of minutes like they did the past 4 days....
I am also experiencing a mild runny nose (it started today ) and have also been experiencing a little bit of dry-penis for the last 5-6 days and at the time I am writing this a slight headache...
I don't have any muscle or joint pain... but I a, extremely scared, I don't know what I'll do if I figure out I'm hiv positive and I don't know if I can wait another 3 months to get tested and get a result

Please any help would be appreciated and if anyone knows how low/high the odds of me contracting HIV with the situación that happened to me it would be massively apreciated.

Thanks

You only need to wait 28 days past that Sunday exposure to get a conclusive result if you use a 4th generation test. Doctors don't pay attention to symptoms, especially self diagnosed ones, so you shouldn't either.
Try to relax for the next few weeks until you test. Nothing you think about has any effect on the result you will get, so try to refocus whenever you think about it.
There is nothing pointing towards you having HIV, so until you get a test there is no data and stay away from Google which is guaranteed to worry anyone who has any health question.
