Direct contact of vaginal liquids to abrasion on penis

I read in your from that, you always mention if the condom is covered the head of the penis it would be enough, regardless if the penis has abrasion or no abrasion. But many docs say that the direct contact of vaginal liquids to abrasion can be a way to transmission of HIV.
It would be my pleasure if you give me some more information about it.

Not if it isnt a brand new cut, and even if it was it wouldnt have a great impact on your risk.

In so far as I am aware, and other posters may be happy to give you a more definitive opinion, there are differing views as to whether transmission is likely through this kind of exposure.

My own view is that, given the already relatively low transmission rate in penal-vaginal intercourse, and the covering of the urethra, there is no risk of transmission here.
