Sore throat and STDs?

I've been posting about a couple (what I believed to be) risky encounters I've had in which I received oral sex on the penis, scrotum and anus (her tongue penetrated about a half inch deep) from a prostitute. I've been told I was at no risk for HIV, but I'm a 19 year old hypochondriac, so im hopefully just be worrying to much. Anyways, this exact risky activity happened yesterday around noon, and later that day, while playing basketball I started to get a sore throat. I woke up with the sore throat this morning. I haven't had a cold or flu in months, which is unusual because I usually get several bad colds a year. Because I'm getting sick for the first time in so long, and the day after unprotected oral, I worry it could be an STD. I know all STDs are serious, but I feel like I could live with any STD besides HIV. I would like to rule out HIV before anything else. I know I posed "no risk" for HIV, but is it even possible from my sore throat, slightly swollen lymph nodes, and tiredness that I have contracted HIV? I plan to get tested for all other STDs in a couple weeks, and test for HIV after 3 months. Is there even a slight chance that I have gotten HIV? The girl had a cavity filled and was complaining about the pain. I'm in WIsconsin btw, I don't know the exact facts but I've read that in 2008 3 per 100,000 people were diagnosed with AIDs, which I think is a high rate. Can a sore throat even be caused by an STD that would be transmitted via oral on the penis or anus? I would love an answer regarding the sore throat. In the mirror my throat looks a little white. It's been less than 24 hours since the last unprotected oral and 10 weeks since my previous unprotected oral. Also had soft stool. Not quite diarrhea but very close. All I can think about is the sore throat and HIV. I've experience similar sore throats, but the timing being after my encounter has me worried to death. What are the odds my "low/no risk" exposure has given me HIV? Thank you and sorry for multiple posts, I just need advice for testing and new symptoms that may have arised. Will an anal swab do the trick or do I need a blood test? I'm scared to death of needles. Had trouble eating yesterday after my scared of exposure. Does this sound like anxiety or possible infection? Thank you all so much, especially Teak. You make me worry a lot less, but when I posted yesterday I didn't have a sore throat. Please re-evaluate my situation, thank you so much.

What part of, " You didn't have a risk" is it you don't understand? All STD questions need to be posted in the STD forum. You don't have an HIV concern.

I'm sorry to annoy you. I just wanted to know if the sore throat within 24 hours of possible contact could be a sign of any STD including HIV, regardless of how low the risk is. I trust your opinion and knowledge of the subject matter, i just didn't know if you took the sore throat into account. I'm assuming you did, I just get extremely paranoid. Sorry for breaking posting rules, I wasn't thinking straight. Should I post this question in the general STD forum? I understand I posted in the HIV forum and I apparently could not have contracted HIV. I hope you know how much your responses mean to a guy like me. You and the rest of the experts in this community are very knowledgable and I really appreciate your willingness to use your knowledge to help people in their time of need. You are a great person.
